Lots of space for a good price (purchased on Black Friday). I have two of them, using them for family photo and video backups. I have a couple smaller capacity models that are running well at year six.

This was the only item I purchased from Best Buy that was actually a quality product. Works great easy to setup and would purchase this item again just not from Best Buy.

I needed more than the small 5 TB drives that keep running out of space for video. This works perfectly and now all my video is in one place. (LOL)

I bought this for my kids personal photos and videos. They take videos everyday, documenting every activity they do. It will help them when they are older to review all their childhood memories. I will buy a couple more

I bought this item due to a lack of internal storage. I currently have all 270 of my steam games downloaded and its only taking half of what the device offers. Im very satisfied with my purchase.

This is a great hard drive - it was easy to set up, and has so much capacity to use. I have been using it awhile now and am extremely satisfied with this purchase

Im using this drive for my plex server. Works as advertised, no issues with any kind of playback buffer or stutter. Drive is a little on the noisy side, but all HDD are like that really.

Easy to set up and perfect for storage for my small business. I needed room to store my video editing and this is perfect.

Good storage for backing up a obsolete nas that needs to be long retired. Unfortunately im stuck since its its runnou out of storage all i can do is buy these at 18TB or 20 TB drives and back everything up until old stuff gets deleted.

Great external hard drive at a decent price, works really well for network movies and music, not too noisy either, would definitely recommend to a friend!!!

I’m so glad that I bought this external hard drive, which is able to store all my photographs and the documents there by reducing the cloud space with which I can save some money.

Drive performs well. Stress tested using dban to continuously writw random data to the drive for 7 days straight, followed by a surface scan to check for errors. Tested 6 drives in this manner so far and no errors yet!

It does what is supposed to do. Has been working for over a year.

Using this attached to a NAS for additional storage for a PLEX system. No issues with it and has lots of storage.
