It’s perfectly suited for the average, non-gamer who needs or wants more speed and reliability in their computer’s drive. I docked it one star because it comes with a 2-year warranty instead of its competitors’ 3- and 5-year warranties.

    Purchased drive to see how it compares against the Blue drive as well as the Samsung SSD's. Cannot ignore the price point, performance was okay (much better than a traditional drive). only has a 2 year warranty, so we will see if there are any issues in the future.

    Perfect Drive To Upgrade From Mechanical Drives

    I own four of these 240GB drives. They're all fantastic. I use these to upgrade my own older computers. A 14 year old Dell Inspiron laptop, that natively ran Windows Vista, now boots Windows 10 in under a minute, a whole 3 minute difference from its mechanical drive predecessor. I also have this in two ancient desktops, a Compaq and a Dell, that are powering an arcade cabinet. These don't get too warm, and can run all day with no problems whatsoever. If you need to boost your computer speed a bit, a SSD such as this is perfect.

    This is a standard issue SSD. The kind you put in a computer your mom and dad use. It's much faster than a mechanical drive, it's reliable, but not too fancy, or remarkably fast. It just works. I put one in my son's PC and it works great for him!
