The advice and service from Best Buy was beyond reproach. Since I had used them before and was definitely satisfied with their work, I was pleased that they once again met my needs in a timely and skillful manner. They installed the Drive about two months ago, and I've had no problems. I'm sure that I'll use them again in the future.

Good alternative to buying a whole new computer

This has worked great, improving the speed and allowing us to readjust the programs loaded on the old computer. I never thought about just replacing a hard drive, but it would be a really economical option if the rest of your laptop is still functioning well, or your kids only use it for YouTube.
