    i find that the back-up program outdated. they want you to use the new one and it could cost you extra $. to set up is easy

    Was oversold on this by the tech team and didn't realize it at the time. I have no need to store multiple copies of the Encyclopedia Britanica so this is way more than needed to back up some picture files and a few spread sheets. Mea culpa. Not the fault of the unit, just lack of research on my part.
