    My old portable hard drive is the same brand but old model. This new one can't be plugged in to a printer for me to swlect a file to print. I'm sure you are thinking, plug into a printer? Can't you just print from your computer? At HOME yes, at work the department imhad to wmswitch a few things over so I don't currently have a printer in my office. So i have to go to the copy room and plug in a device. This device won't show up on the printer. But my Old WD portable hard drive does. Weird. Brand new out of the box, i had a test for my students but couldn't print it.
