I had it installed locally by the Geek Squad, then had three remote sessions with the Geek Squad. Product did not appear to work as advised. After a second session with local Geek Squad, was advised product was working and would update automatically on the hour without any input by me. So far does not appear to do so.

However the sales person over sold and took advantage of us. For that reason Best Buy and Geek Squad most likely will not enjoy our business very often.

Not worth it

Had to remove all the files and returned it back to the store. I won’t buy this brand again

So my boyfriend lost all his games and the storage no longer works without a computer to back everything up!

Then damaging it beyond repair, management offered me an open box computer as a replacement for half the cost, then resended that offer to only $400 to purchase a new computer. They would not match the specs of my damaged property. management and supervisors at Best Buy don’t seem to care about their customers only their bottom line of having me purchase new product.

During the set up process, I didn’t know it was being formatted for Mac only. I have Mac but client has pc. Had so many problems trying to restore the external device that I just gave up and returned it. Will not be buying this brand again.
