It works great with the photo/video viewer app on the TV and is pretty inexpensive to boot.

I thought 1 TB was good enough for me but I could’ve gotten more. Other than that, it is a great purchase

It is nice to have a back up for your videos, especially if you take a vacation or some sort of trip. Always stay backed up

It's based on Hard Drive, so is cheaper than the actual SSDs and must fit the budget for everyone.

If you’re just storing files, pics & videos, music. I wouldn’t recommend this for 4K videos though because of the read/write speeds.

One of the biggest benefits is the encryption software that comes with it. You can encrypt the drive to help secure your information and data.

I bought it, but I can't use it as a backup drive because it is incompatible with Windows 11. W11 sees it as a portable drive, not a fixed drive and therefore won't use it for backup. I'm totally frustrated!!
