    The Inspiron 15 3000 series has proven to be an efficient and reliable laptop. I purchased it for my oldest son who is entering high school and needed his own personal laptop. Battery life, memory, and processing speed are all more than adequate for his needs. The touch screen is an added bonus. I have the model that has 8G RAM And 1TB Memory with 7th generation i5 Intel core processor. Only slight disappointing aspect is rebooting has proven to be on the slower side . However, for the price , excellent value!

    While I like the WD Passport for its slender build and high-capacity (1TB in my case), I have found it to have issues at times with the Windows 10 platform, receiving error messages on several occasions that the Passport had needed to be scanned and fixed. Considering that I have had more experience with Windows-based problems since 1997, I'll try to give Western Digital the benefit of a doubt and look further into any communications glitches between it and Windows 10.

    The Western Digital My Passport external drive is ready to use right out the box! Simply plug it into a USB port and copy those files you would like backed up. Additionally, play videos and enjoy pictures directly from the WD drive. Not only is it very fast but the blue colored version is very attractive.

    Easy to set up and run. Just can't keep attached all the time, so have to plan when to backup, rather than let it happen automatically.
