    needed drives to back up my family computers and encourage others in the family to do the same. After paying a HIGH fee for data recovery, CB went out on laptop drive, with no backup done, It won't happen again.

    switched from Windows to Windows 10 and have a lot to learn before I can recommend I think it will all work out , but as yet still learning The sales associate was very helpful and knowledgeable and a huge help in our decision to purchase the Geek Squad was also very helpful with transferring to my new laptop

    I bought this to back up a 13" MacBook Pro with an internal 256GB SDD. The Western Digital drive is perfect for Time Machine backups. I just had to reformat it using Disk Utility, which was quite simple.
