It's a hard drive, it does what it's supposed to do. But, I bought it for the looks. The Easystore looks plain and dull, that's why I went with the passport.

Had previously bought the black one and it worked great. When it was time for another one i chose this because it was cheaper. Same design and quality as the black one for a lower price.

I'm use to windows 7 and I was afraid getting windows 10 would be too hard to learn. So far I'm so surprise how easy it has been for me and so glad I finally upgraded!!!

Purchased this device a couple of weeks ago at a great price at Best Buy and it works great. I noticed no problem at all connecting it and transferring data - and it's fast.

Data was packed up as I was initially told. Price of the backup was average.

I had some issues with the partition on Mac because I was not sure how to do it. My Passport was reformated by mistake but thanks to God, I was able yo retrieve everything intact. Good product

I had no idea what I was looking for when going in to the store but the employees were helpful and guided me in the right direction. Very easy when transferring data from ps4.

I don't really recommend USB drives to "Backup" data as most people carry them with their laptops (Both get stolen at the same time). If that's your use for this, then look into a cloud based service to automatically backup your information. That being said, the drive does well for storing data and transfer speeds.

Reliable product, never had any issues. Though the outer body is made of plastic. Had doubts about build quality but nothing has happened till date, never dripped it. I wish this comes along a case or the body is build with metal or has rubber.

I need to access my Geek Squad support to redo the backup on this external hard drive. I think this is the best way for me to secure my files. N

Bought this to offload files from a laptop. Easy set up, quick write times. Software Included but I didn't use it, so can't rate that.

I never save files or documents to my hard drive as I have had files held ransomed and it is very costly to get them back. I always use externals and I always backup the backup.

Need a new lap top, but have way too many photos for a 2 in one, at a reasonable price. The staff at best buy suggested this as an alternative. Gives me better options on a 2 in one!

Compact design. Solid construction. Does everything you would expect at this size and price point. The bundled WD software varies in usefulness. Power users are likely to ignore it.

Finally using an external hard drive to protect the thousands of files on my wife's computer. Will not make the same mistake again. Never put off backing up your files!!

Bought it for my PS4 and had to format it using my PC first to ExFAT but it works great and some load times are improved on some games. It's also a bit smaller than i thought it would be.
