This is my second my passport. Would recommend it to anyone who might need to protect their data.

I haven't had any problems with my external hard drive and it has proven to work fast and without any difficulties. Also has good build quality.

Had to buy this portable drive to use during a data recovery session but have not had time to look at its performance a yet.

Great device for sharing content from field to office. Field rep always has the information the office does and vice versa.

I purchased this to use with my Xbox one x, it works well, I have had some instances (twice) where it said I needed more memory even though there was enough, but uninstalling and reinstalling what I was trying to install fixed it.

I bought this to expand the memory on my PS4 and it works great! Easy installation, pretty much a no brainer! And the cost is reasonable!

Great external hard drive. Works great with Xbox one. Games load really quickly from it. Very quit.

The hard drive connected immediately to my MacBook however you have to follow the instructions to format the HD for it to work with your MacBook.

I tried several USB external drive enclosures and not one of them worked. The USB port would not supply them enough power. The Passport drive has worked flawlessly with just plugging into the USB port. NO external power supply needed. Very happy!

Had never thought of having this addition till it was recommended by the Geek Squad. Nice to know we have our pictures and memories backed up

I have bought these before. I prefer the western digital brand. I hope this one is more shock resistant. I would continue to support this brand.

This is the second one I’ve purchased. I’ll use it to protect those precious memories by backing up my laptop to this once a month!

I always worry I will lose all my stuff saved, and this does not help. It has not yet deleted anything but when I plug it in, it tells me there's a chance some of my files are corrupted or missing.

Bought to replace a Seagate drive that failed after 8 months. Set up easy ...we will see how long it lasts. Have older WD drive which still works

Small size hard drive. Needed to go to website for format instructions. Instruction sheet with product just says "Hello" and gives website.

I need an external hard drive to back up precious pictures before my laptop died and this one saved the day.

The Passport external hard drive was a perfect choice to back up data on my laptop before it had to be repaired at the service center.

My husband's laptop was corroded by water, but Geek squad was able to recover the data and move to a suitable storage device for me

I gave this to my wife for her birthday. Have not heard any complaints so it tells me this is working well for her.
