nothing much to report. This is a good capacity for the average user and western digital is an excellent brand.

It’s a fast computer but our internet speed w Hughes is slow so can’t fully experience this computer yet!!!

Works like it says. Pretty easy. The backup scheduler is a little finicky but I don't need to back up stuff that often

Not sure why but this hard drive is always making a clicking noise - even when not in use. Works fine for storage. East to use and convenient - just hope it lasts.

Bought to make sure I don't lose information stored on computer. It was set up by store Geeks. Don't know how to check to see if backup is being done. Wasn't instructed but assume it is a matter of switching drives.

Love the small form factor and while it’s only 5400 rpm drive it’s more than fast enough for what I need it for.

cool design works great I could fit hundreds of movies on this thing and the transfer speed is fast enough.

I couldn’t figure out how to use this and had to make an appointment with the Geek Squad to have them show me. I’m still not sure it’s working correctly. You need better instructions for use.
