    I had this for a year and half and I appreciated it . It’s been up and down. From the experience I’ve had with the hdd it was positive until it started having connectivity issues to my windows and mac. I keep getting errors for it to constantly be reformatted but I still have docs and files.

    Initially had an issue for some strange reason with an Intel driver which caused my computer to repeatedly disconnect from mi internet access. Whether it was a WD issue or an Intel one, it didn't exist till i plugged this unit into my computer. Presently i am using only the backup software, none of the other programs that came in this package.
