Took a long time to back up the first time....hopefully next time it will go quicker

I learned about this product from geek squad. This is a good purchase and does what it says.

This hard drive does what it is supposed to, store. Unfortunately i was in a pinch and needed a quick replacement, so for $60 i had to buy it. It is great for storage however i use external drives for my performances and it just does not cut it. The search "lag" time affects workflow. So if you need basic storage it's great just not for everyday use!

is a plug and play memory, nothing complicated, is just ok.

this product can save all your work. only thing is don't drop it cause hen you're in trouble

So much capacity for this little guy. Great item to store thousands of pictures and videos.

it does the job,would have liked the drive to be more than 1 TB and backwards compaitable to 2.0

No complaints. Product works as expected. Plastic casing makes it not feel so nice.

My husband is not very technology oriented and this was a easy way for him to store his documents.

We use the passport for backing our computer as well as all of our documents And pictures.

Since the Geek Squad backed up my computer, I've not personally had experience with this item.

It takes a while to back up photos and videos. Not directly able to backup my android cellphone.

I use this for a faster hard drive on my Xbox one. No issues what so ever.

this works great as an external drive for my son's PS4. He's really happy with it.

so far no problems with the device. it's very portable

backs up computer but not software. set up take assistance but they are very helpful

The store advertises free data transfer, yet they charge you $50 dollars for the hard drive

WD replaces harddrive, but if data recovery is needed on these drive that may have bad sectors, you must send to Dallas, TX or somewhere midwest. No local facilities to do diagnostics & recovery. I'm finding that it is not a good idea to use a single source for data backup. Flash drives seem to work better and are more durable.
