    I would prefer a Seagate drive but my local Bestbuy did not have one in stock. The only potable drives that failed for were WD

    I'm not sure about backup systems. Doesn't seem to be a way to check and make sure you have what you want included in the backup.

    I have Windows 10 and my computer would not recognize WD. Returned and bought a Seagate. Plugged in no problems.

    Ok external hard drive. Has had a few crashes. Not to bad for the money. Not sure what the issues are.

    This seemed like it would be a great item to have. It was easy to hook up but if you need to replace your hard drive I wouldn't get this product. It doesn't seem to keep any of the recent back ups. The only one that's on here is the original back up from over a month ago, but I can see that it backs up every day. So something isn't right. I'm going to have to get with the mfg to find out what is going on.
