Met all my expectations. It took 15 hours to offload all my computer content, but I've got plenty of room to spare.

Drive seems to have built in partitioning which cannot be changed or deleted. Make the drive less useful because the storage space is limited.

Works well with older laptops. On newer laptops thw laptop can't find the device if it does show up can't open or accesa data.

I tried to use this to transfer content between computers but after more than a year the content remains untransferred.

This one is replacement as last one got encrypted. Was told at store to leave plugged in 24/7. Not good. Now not sure is working.

it was very difficult to use the backup from one computer and install in another I had to do the windows backup instead

I was not given expert customer service by the Geek Squad at NYC store 1448 in Columbus Circle. Had they known how to repair my computer, they would not have erroneously told me my hard drive was dying. It was not. I do not appreciate being sold a hard drive, computer and transfer service I did not need. I am even more horrified that the store manager will not answer phone calls or emails.

Employee @ best buy recommend this product it held media not files.

this is the second passport i have purchased.the first one no problems.this one could not get to operate properly

After an hour on the phone with their tech support, the Wallet still would not work with Windows 7. It not only doesn't work, it screwed up my wireless. I finally uninstalled it. Between their tech support not knowing how to make it work and all the problems I had, I tossed it in the electronic waste pile. Someone at work had the same problem with it with Windows 7.

Unstable for how much it cost, and not easy to use

This drive sucks. It worked for about a week and now it isn't always recognized by my computer.

Unfortunately I was not a fan of this product. I found the installation procedure rather difficult and experienced comparability issues with my new MacBook. I ended up returning this product in exchange for the Lacie Porsche Design product which has been a great fit for me.

I bought this to store my DJI mavic 2 video and pics. Hasn’t worked out to well.

Not a big fan as the transfer rate was very slow. For the price, I expected better.

Having some issues with my data recovery. Working with the store regarding this.

My old external drive is full so I went to purchase a new one. My requirements were simple: just want to plug in and save data from my laptop. The sales team said this items required very little setup and that I would have no problems. I still cannot figure the setup and will be returning the item.

1st one purchased crashed. Bought another one. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Great! Plenty of storage . Wish I purchased carrying case.

I tried using it in my Mac and it took me 1 hour to figure out how to use it
