I used the 2 TB USB 3.0 drive to image several laptops and pc that I just upgrade to Windows 10. I also used it to restore the image to new SSD drive to replace the old HDD. Works great. The other day, my wife 6 months old PC data drive died ( just totally disappeared from my computer). I was able to pop in a newly purchased WD blue and re-image the data drive from a recent image. Now I have about 5 WD USB drive from 1tb to 4tb. Lots of image versions of the multiple laptop and pc.

This is the second external passport drive I've purchased from WD. It does the job and I am satisfied with the performance so far.

External hard drive was easy to install. It took a while to get the down loadable apps to get loaded and installed. As a sidebar the package was delivered in a card board box, no damage but the box in the box was messed up torn and re- taped I was afraid that it was damaged but it was ok.

Great quality drive from western digital just plug and play.

I about this product because I need it extra storage space on my MacBook Pro. It's lightweight and portable with 2tb of storage. It powers up through the USB C port. Don't forget to buy your USB C to USB a adapter for your MacBook Pro.

I think it is finally great to get an External USB Hardrive.It removes my feeling of insecurity about my data stored onmy computer.

It's actually needed if you own a HP Streamer, because it has a small drive that should be free for windows 10 updates, and all other programs stored on my WD Drive, my goal is to move the Windows10 system to my WD drive, but I need to buy additional software to do that.

So far it works well for saving my school projects on and other stuff. Easy to install.

This has been my good to back up dive for video and photography editing. It works right out the box and has not crashed since I got it.. Great product for the price
