I love the color and the smooth texture of the case, the easy of removing from the box was unremarkable. Plugging into the computer was done with no notable problems detected. The loud noises hear as data flowed from the computer the external hard drive. A must for everyone

I use these for storage for my Dash Camera for work. I keep a record of my professional driving in case someone comes along later to say I did something wrong. We all know I would never do anything wrong! It holds about 3 months of data. So I do go through a lot of these. But they give me piece of mind that if something does happen, I have proof to what DID happen.

This is my 2nd or 3rd "My Passport" external drive. In terms of storage space, one of them would hold everything - but I like being able to "dedicate" each one to specific purposes. And I love the variety of colors which makes it easy for me to distinguish between them without having to open them up to see what is on them. Pretty much plug-n-plsy.

WD external hard drives are always great. The one I got was 2TB and it’s slim and perfect for travel. Only caveat is that the WD software won’t install. I even tried to download it directly from the website with no luck. -1 star for not being able to download the program for data recovery.

It still amazes me that a small package like this can handle 2 TB having grown up with old mechanical behemoths. This one works fine. It is not super fast transfer but it is fine for me to use as backup files or clones of operating system.

I dropped mine on a tile floor the other day and it split open in three pieces. The drive and the 2 plastic covers. I thought I'd lost hundreds of photoshop files. Believe it or not the case just snapped back together and works like a charm. What's better than a WD Passport? I have four of them now.

Bought this for my wife and she thought her thousands of pictures and videos weren't going to fit and they obviously did and didn't even put a dent in the memory.

Use this to store games on for my XBOX Series X. Just know that you cant play current titles on it (not fast enough) BUT you can store and move over to or from your SSD for the Xbox

Is large enough to store all my personal documents so I don't have to have an extra PC, and can just attach to my work computer. It saved me hundreds of dollars and I'm able to easily just travel with it....as it's small enough to slide into my laptop bag. Plenty of storage and no corruption or issues to date! 3.7.20

I purchased this for my not so tech savvy fiancee. She takes a lot of pics with her phone plus she's in school for fashion. She uses Google drive for both and 15GB just isn't enough for her photos alone. She uses this to transfer her school files from Google Drive and to keep her internal hard drive free on her laptop.

We all know the importance of a good external hard drive. I believe the Passport 2TB to be exactly that. I purchased the hard drive in Jan 2020 and what I really love is that I don't have to worry or keep checking to see if backup is occurring because I get periodic messages that backup is occurring. Very nice!

Bought it 1 year ago for my ps4, use it for my ps5 now and it still works with no issues.

It works great, no problems with file transfers. Definitely recommend as a functional and budget-friendly option!

I got this external hard drive to hold my photos and so far I've had 0 issues! It had a crazy amount of space and its so compact and light! I normally keep it constantly plugged into my desktop but I love that I can take it on the go if needed! Definitely recommend getting an external hard drive!

Installation and set up seemed to be easy for our son, who gave me this as a birthday gift. It is perfect for storing personal data like tax returns.

I unfortunately reformatted my old WD Hardrive so had to get this one, but with two more TB of Storage. WD Hardrives are easy to use, the speed of transferring data is good, and I have already moved all my Photos, Videos and Music within a few hours of copying and pasting, good hardrive

Very fast when it comes to saving your receipts! The feature of also adding a password is neat if your saving important information. I would recommend!

This external drive is great for storing your photos, music, and document files. This is handy if you just need to a backup, or moving to new computer. One complaint, I thought this would more like a flash drive, where I could easily plug n’ play between PC & Mac. That is not the case. I had to download a program from WD (Western Digital) to use with both computers types (yes I know the box says PC or it says Mac).
