A necessity!

Initially a big headache

The three software apps that are included on this, when you plug and play, will not load. Had to take it into Geek Squad to get it figured out. Turns out western digital does not support the apps that are preloaded on these anymore. You have to download an external app, which you would not know without doing a lot of research. The unit itself works great once that was all figured out. But initially, it was a nightmare.
