Been through a lot

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Still running regardless of the bad habĺts (spouse kept it plugged in to the cpu from all the bootup & shutdown / plug and replugged while transfer for the past 4 years of usage). Still working with no degraded write/read speed for these 3 years. Was skeptical to purchase due to these type of models but so far working great. Imagine leaving this in your trunk of your vehicle for a few years and decided to use it to back a family picture & video thats 348gb. Still did it job and transfer Pictures & Video with ease ( only took less than 1hr compared to other models ). So far i am satisfied.

Watch a youtube video to set up the drive on your computer because there's no instructions that comes with it. Easy install when you're walked thru how to do it.

Works well with my LG TV

The only problem is I have to leave it unplugged from the TV unless in use....otherwise it squeaks like it is playing. Doesn't squeak when I am using it so I don't really know what the problem is.
