Have had this for a couple months now and haven't run into any issues. Use it with PS4 and its easy to transfer games between system and this hard drive. Only complaint is that the UI is slower with this hard drive plugged in. If possible, get one with a faster speed.

This storage drive fits easily into my computer bag so it is used more often. It is fast and I like it!

Purchased for keeping TimeMachine backups. So far good, hopefully it will last as long as MacBook Pro! BTW, you need USB-C to USB Adapter for MacBook Pro.

Bought this for extra storage for my ps4. It is small and just perfect fit in my console setup. Good price when compared to other products of the same storage space.

I got this external hard drive to do backups. It does that really well, and l chose the bright yellow color so I could find it in the drawer between backups. It can get a little tricky, because Windows 10 is trying to manage the backups, my antivirus is also trying to manage the backups and the hard drive's WD software wants to manage the backups as well. So, essentially you have to choose. I chose the drives own software because it was simpler. I haven't tried it yet, but I think I will use it to backup my Xbox downloaded games or maybe run games directly from it. We'll see.

This is a very reliable external hard drive. No worries about your precious files. This will back up all your files easily and fast. Plenty of memory. Very helpful specially if you just want to bring your files with you and access them in other computers.

I purchased this to expand my hard drive. I have a Lenovo Computer that I mostly use for word processing. This allowed me to add iTunes, and other documents. I thought I was going to have to purchase another computer. It has worked out great. I LOVE it!!

I needed a small USB powered hard drive for a present to my nephew serving oversees. This was a Black Friday deal and it was a great deal. It holds 2TB and has some extra security features loaded on it. Plus I've always liked Western Digital products.

This is small and compact, but it can save lots of files and photos. Easy to connect and operate, and easy to carry. Good for the money paid.

Had trouble transferring data from old to new computer. This was used as an intermediary, and had plenty of room for everything. Now with all info successfully transferred, I will use it for auto-backups! Worked like a champ and was on sale, too!!

First thing you need to do is delete the backup software that comes on the drive. There are better packages avaialble online. However, as far as the drive goes, it is quick (USB 3.0!), light, and so far helped me back up a failing laptop drive prior to replacement.

This drive holds all my files and is easy to use and easy to reformat for a Mac.
