Decent Backup Device

I did have to go online to WD for some downloads to finish the process. I didn’t realize this at first and contacted support.

Broke within a couple months & became corrupted so I couldn't retrieve any files from it. Make sure you backup everything to a cloud account if you use this! This was a compete waste of money and resources. I even had a protection plan with this but that didn't help anything. I was using this with a PC if that helps anyone.

After calling "Support", I was told that portions of the setup were no longer being supported. That was the reason we could not get it properly connected.
