I had tech support for 2.5 hrs on the phone and they still could not help with the set-up. They had to escalate this issue to another Tech support person which I never was connected to. I was placed on hold for 45 minutes to be connected which never happened.

I found the Microsoft cloud backup was easy to install and works well.
