backed up everything on my HD seamlessly. I still have a Tb to use in the future. works with both WIN7 and 10 without a glitch. not too large to carry along with my laptop, either. I will definitely recommend this over any thumbdrive product.

I needed a hard drive large enough to store my digital photographs. I only use Western Digital because of their reliability and durability. I can't afford to have an external hard drive fail on me. I have quite a few of these and would not use any other brand.

This is as good as it gets when it comes to portable hard drives. 2TB is plenty of storage for movies, music and data. This model also comes with encryption and password protection built in. Highly recommended when on sale at Bestbuy.

My son uses this for back up of his HP envy laptop. Just can’t go wrong with WD storage devices. I have several of these-some are at least five years old. None have failed me

even though it is not a ssd, its quite fast; and everything loads up real fast. 2tb is allot, and ive not used even half.

Needed a portable HD for back up and this was just plug and it worked .. running windows 10 and installed it in 30 sec... this HD is quiet and fast transferring big files .. I have left this logged on to the computer and has not given any errors .. WD has got a great portable with this one

My Passport Ultra external drive served the purpose I bought it for. I needed extra storage room for my growing number of pictures in my MacBook Pro. It works great and very easy to use.

This is a fine all-purpose hard drive. 2 Terrabytes will hold a lot of photos and videos! The only drawback is that the zipper case must be purchased separately.

Bought this as add on storage for my Xbox One X and was not disappointed. I've always had great life and reliability from every WD product I've purchased and thus far, this drive has performed perfectly.

I purchased Passport Ultra external drive and it serves its purpose. I enjoy the extra storage room for my growing number of pictures and files on my Dell. It works great and very easy to use.
