The service has been great. I have utilized the service to help set up my first laptop. Had some issues that were resolved quickly. Took 4 visits within the first 2 weeks. Now I am up and running . I used again for another laptop at home that belonged to another family member. The issue was very complicated and took some time to resolve remotely. Geeksquad was able to fix the problem.

The Geek Squad at the Brick, NJ location are a bunch of wonderful people. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable - didn't make me feel like a non-technical person at all - they spoke "to" me not "down" to me about all the problems my computer was having. They took the time to explain things to me in terms I could understand.

This is the best service ever. They helped me install all the software on my computer. Three times I have used them already. It's even makes having them help you in your home affordable.For $20 a month in addition to your computer purchase this makes it real affordable.

One of my computers was hacked and I went to them for help. They checked all three computers that were on the same network, along with some thumb drives. I got good advice along the way, and it appears as though the problem has been solved.

Very good program/service if using multiple devices are in use and potentially will need support. Note: the program does not work for older equip. that Microsoft no longer supports.

I was so impressed with their professionalism and knowledge. I've used them twice with excellence results both times. I am elderly and not very tech familiar but I was treated with patience and respect...what nice young people!

Geek squad came and serviced new computer. Phillip was extremely professional and very helpful in setting up the computer and printer and figured out the main problem. This gentlemen is definitely an asset to Best Buy.

The BEST Tech Support I have ever experienced! United States, quick response, once connected don't even have to stay on the computer. The Geek Squad does their work and I only have to check in periodicaly.

Greg was awesome and helpful when my hard drive crashed. He helped me get back up and running quickly when I was I was in panic mode. I have already recommended the Geeks to friends and family.

It must be running in the background because I'm not sure if this thing is even working! As far as I can tell, no viruses on my computer! I guess I'm happy!!

This is a nice service, but it is a little too expensive. If a rep comes to your house the price is outrageous.

I have always hesitated purchasing this support. However, the ease of transaction, availability, knowledge and patience of the Geek squad is well worth it.

I hadn't used a computer protection program and then found out I had over 2,000 viruses. I'm glad I do now.

OK, but maybe not the cheapest. they coul not repair a locked webroot phone
