||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Convinced to purchase as it would be a way to save on the backup cost of a laptop Geek Squad was going to evaluate for repair. After having the laptop for a week, I was told by the tech that they could not repair at all...it needed a motherboard and they cannot get HP parts. I was told I had to go to HP to get it fixed. If HP parts cannot be sourced, my laptop never should have been accepted for repair. Geek Squad should not advertise that it can evaluate and repair any laptop regardless of where purchased. Very, very disappointed.

Posted .If I may start by mentioning our WIN Cloud http://www.brightcloud.com/platform/webroot-intelligence-network.php as all the work is done on there and not your PC also WSA only uses 3 to 6MB of RAM and up to 6 MB's on the Hard Drive for the Client and this is the future, it's here now! How can the other conventional AV's keep up with almost 500,000 new Malware everyday and over 142 million Malware in 2014 alone? Furthermore, Webroot has free Support as long as you have a subscription. Where as most other AV's don't have this!
