Webroot ok but turns off and on without my permiss

But I have been concerned that it runs off on its own.the device start experiencing problems until I find out it has turned off by itself and I face to turn it bank on. This happened severally and the "off"and "on"created problems. I need to speak with you and see how you can help!

Digital Download Webroot Very Easy and Fast

My Total Tech membership renewed and needed to renew my Webroot. Purchased the "digital Download" version. Email came fast with my Keycode and password. I opened my webroot and entered the info and immediately I was up-to-date.
