After having difficulty trying to to download this protection plan I called Best Buy & talked with tech support & he informed me this Webroot is NOT compatible w my Chromebook & Id like to generate a refund & assumed that was put into action the very same day. No refund on my credit card so far. ***If a product is incompatible there should be a disclosure so customers know. Had I known I never would have purchased this.

I called tech support and was hung up on and then passed from person to person. Its taken me longer to pursue a key code then it would have taken me to change to Norton, download the product and get it running on all our computers. Very disappointed.

This sounds like a keycode activation issue. When you open the interface and click on the "my account" cog wheel on the bottom right does it show the keycode that you just purchased? If not all you need to do is copy it in there and it will activate.
