Perfect malware and computer protection. I've used Webroot for years and have never had ANY issues. Great quick scans. I like that it covers 6 devices, including tablets, laptops, and phones too. And particularly, it's not automatically renewed. Its a subscription for 1 year. I will always use Best Buy for computer protection. Thank you Best Buy!!

It's reasonably priced, and it provides internet security for my computer. The only issue I have had with them was trying to update my account. I've had them for 2 years and will keep them.

Have used Webroot for several years. Just renewed and easy to update the validation. Have it installed on our computers and mobile phones.

This is my 4th or 5th year of annual Webroot software subscription. Provides good comprehensive protection. I’ve experienced no viruses and only MS Win 11 update issues. Good value.

Offered by BB to added on with laptop purchase. As far as I know, it was doing its job. However, upon renewal of $59.00 for this year, I applied a discount at checkout that was not applied. If you have autopay, good luck. In trying to contact anyone at Carbonite to help, I found out that Webroot Carbonite now states by return email that it does not do calls or return emails, just links. So if you have an issue with the code or billing (like me), good luck. I want a real person to talk to in a timely manner. I just contacted my bank to stop payment as Webroot took my money but canceled my service as 'expired,' although I paid a few days early. Wow, never again.

It was easy to download and install. Got it as a freebee when I bought my latest laptop and then renewed the subscription a couple times. Had some issues with computer acting wonky and ran a competitor's anti-virus/ anti-malware. It caught several things that Webroot missed. I decided to not renew subscription and go with competitor's product. BestBuy does not allow you to cancel the subscription online, must talk or chat with a rep. First rep I chatted with could not get it done and I was charged for another year. 2nd rep was able to get the subscription cancelled and refund my fee. I uninstalled Webroot, but it won't go completely away. Each day I get a pop-up trying to get me to subscribe again. I have disabled it running in start-up so it no longer scans, but I'll need to go into the registry apparently to get it really gone. Don't put it on your machine, there are better options out there.

Good product to keep your information safe. Helps computer run more efficiently.
