It works well against malware. The only problem I ever had was it had quarantined a virus and could not get off my computer. I had to go to Microsoft defender and down-load their tools to get rid of it.

When your not sure if a site is legitimate or not, it can really help. Now a con -- the program would not let me open Google Chrome in the beginning. I figured out that you need to select "Identity Protection Setting" --> Application Protection--> Select "Allow" for Chrome.exe (or whatever your browser is). Every once in a while I would have to do this, for the past 3 months I haven't. But just an FYI. I totally plan to renew my membership for this.
