Webroot ok but turns off and on without my permiss

But I have been concerned that it runs off on its own.the device start experiencing problems until I find out it has turned off by itself and I face to turn it bank on. This happened severally and the "off"and "on"created problems. I need to speak with you and see how you can help!

I keep it on my laptop and tablet and look for specials when it's time to renew and usually find a sale. Automatic renewal is normally more expensive. The problem is you need to know how to update your key code in the program under settings in the Webroot program to activate it. The download option through Best Buy won`t work if the software is already on your device.

Hard to install

Installation was easy, but there was no information on exactly when/ how often it runs if you set a schedule. I finally reached an online agent who explained it very well in about 2 sentences. This info should be in the instructions and/or product description.
