Never heard of webroot before this purchase. I was going to use McAfee the CSR that helped me with my purchase suggested this option. Way better. I was able too also use it for 3 devices.

I've replaced ALL other previous antivirus programs with Webroot - works with other programs not causing any problems, easy to use and very user friendly -

The product is working well. I can’t install it on the third device. I’m only receiving 66% of the products value.

Downloaded on recent HP Omni Desktop.purchase. Was already using this service on Laptop. Have not had any issues using this service.

What happened to the Webroot Quick Scans that were & use to be very speedy & fast meaning a Quick Scan completed in under 5 Minutes? That is what I remember Quick Scans running at & completing in the Years past of purchasing & using Webroot Products to quickly & easily scan & help protect my Windows Desktop PC from Infections. That ain't the case anymore with the latest Webroot Security Products that are available to use with the latest released versions for them. I currently purchased have the Webroot Internet Security Plus with Antivirus Software 2021 which I dread & don't run Quick Scans of my Computer very often nor do I seldom ever run a Full Scan of my Computer with my Webroot Product because the Scans take noticeably & dramatically way longer than they used to on my Computer which has way enough RAM & Memory installed & available to not have this be the reason for these now longer Security Scan/Run times that I have noticed & that are really getting on my Nerves because they are no longer speedy but sluggish & slow. A Webroot Quick Scan of my Computer used to take under 5 Minutes to run some Years ago. Now, when I run a Webroot Quick Scan on my Windows Computer it takes over 13 Minutes to scan & finish a Quick Scan. A full Scan use to take about 25 to 30 Minutes & now takes well over an Hour to fully run & complete. Therefore, is the reason why I have given Webroot 2021 Security Products 2-Stars out of 5. I hope for future Webroot releases that allow & bring back those wonderful, speedy, Full & Quick Scans that I remember & that complete in just quick Minutes.

I have used Webroot Antivirus for years. I can check my virus protection on my computer at any time to make sure my computer is safe. I recomment Webroot to anyone who wants to have peace and comfort for their computer.

This product works as promised so far. Was easy to install. I like that it constantly updates.

I took my LP Laptop to the Geek Squad to get a virus protection. I was met with a friendly staff. They installed the virus protection the same day and did a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend The Geek Squad for anyone that needs anything done to their computer.

It works like it is supposed to. And no more annoying pop ups.

Works well and no problems so far. The only gripe I have is that when I wanted to do a system restore there seems to be no way to turn it off. I had to uninstall. Do the system restore and reinstall.

Feel my laptop is now secure after outside intrusions found on it.

May Avenue Best Buy was where I purchased it. I like the product and appreciate the Geek Squad for loading the product and showing me its features.

Very good Antivirus that I have used for years. Cost is comparable to most Antivirus on market even though I believe it is much better. My only complaint is that I don’t have three devices to download on. My other devices are Chromebook and IPad. These devices support their own Antivirus.

It helps, but I still ended up with issues. Then I had to pay for a clean up from Geek Squad.

Have been using Webroot for over 15 years. My go to computer protection.

Good product, but tech support from Webroot gives me pause. I tried to install this app on my Mac Mini, but was having trouble. Emailed Webroot tech support, who replied the next day with a request for me to give them a call instead so they can troubleshoot over the phone. When I called Webroot, the representative was not able to help me because the Log Me In app they wanted me to install (so he can have remote access to my computer) also will not install. Webroot tech concluded that my Mac is “too old” (I bought it in 2013 but kept it up-to-date…and it has the current OS). I ended up contacting Geek Squad, who also experienced the same issues (to be fair to Webroot). However, the Geek Squad rep took an extra step and made an in-store appointment for me to come into the store with the computer. After some effort, the in-store tech was able to successfully install the app on my “old” computer. Thanks, Geek Squad!

We purchased Webroot this January 2024 after my son's computer started acting very weird and had to take it to BestBuy to diagnose the problem. Fortunately, when we purchased the computer in May of 2023, we also purchased Total Tech coverage. Serveral viruses, etc. were cleaned up. The BestBuy staff were great and recommended Webroot. We felt confident in the purchase. I would like to note however, a few days after my son returned to college, he texted the computer was still acting weird with the same issues as before. He ended up getting a VPN and that made it better for a bit. Then the beginning of Febuary, a friend ran a certain proram on his computer (I'm not sure what the program was), but it took 11 Gigs of malware, etc. off his computer. So does Webroot not detect malware? Thanks.

Great value, easy to understand, secure! Wasn't aware of this product before, but thankful for recommendation!
