Webroot Antivirus

So, I visited Best Buy and purchased a yearly subscription unaware that I had the automatic renewal. After attempting to install I received a renewal bill from Webroot. I then went back to Customer Service at Best Buy and they gave me a refund on the purchase Webroot Please inform customers that have auto renewals well ahead of it's expiration date and cost so they don't have to deal what I had to do

Webroot-Superb Virus Protection

The vlueof the product greatly out weighs the low purchse price. Prior programs I used allowed viruses to sneak through causing severe damage. I highly recommend Webroot.

Webroot Antivirus Renewal

But I did not appreciate the scary message alert that popped up in the middle of my composing a Word Document. There was no advance warning my web security was expiring in X number of days. And the wording of the warning message was dire and scary.

I continued to be importuned to renew my old WebRoot account after this new one was opened. I think my new one could also have been given at a reduced rate. I also like to do transactions over a counter, when I have to go on-line.
