Webroot reduces my concern about being hacked. There are more and more stories about folks getting scammed or their identity stolen. I don't want to be one of them!

I have used Webroot Antivirus for years. I can check my virus protection on my computer at any time to make sure my computer is safe. I recomment Webroot to anyone who wants to have peace and comfort for their computer.

Haven't had it very long, but so far everything seems to be working as it should. no issues.

Never heard of webroot before this purchase. I was going to use McAfee the CSR that helped me with my purchase suggested this option. Way better. I was able too also use it for 3 devices.

Very good Antivirus that I have used for years. Cost is comparable to most Antivirus on market even though I believe it is much better. My only complaint is that I don’t have three devices to download on. My other devices are Chromebook and IPad. These devices support their own Antivirus.

So far, no complaint! Geek Squad and J'Lin have been great to work with.

Good product, but tech support from Webroot gives me pause. I tried to install this app on my Mac Mini, but was having trouble. Emailed Webroot tech support, who replied the next day with a request for me to give them a call instead so they can troubleshoot over the phone. When I called Webroot, the representative was not able to help me because the Log Me In app they wanted me to install (so he can have remote access to my computer) also will not install. Webroot tech concluded that my Mac is “too old” (I bought it in 2013 but kept it up-to-date…and it has the current OS). I ended up contacting Geek Squad, who also experienced the same issues (to be fair to Webroot). However, the Geek Squad rep took an extra step and made an in-store appointment for me to come into the store with the computer. After some effort, the in-store tech was able to successfully install the app on my “old” computer. Thanks, Geek Squad!

The webroot antivirus is great once you learn how to install it. I am not computer savvy and had a few idiot moments with it. But now it works great

I really don't know much about this program but it's doing the job, and the great salesman told me it was the better Virus Protection software out there so that's all I needed to know.

They rescued my computer from malware. My only concern has to do with my hearing too. Accents can be challenging at times for me. But the services were great!!!

webroot works fine and is semless to use. Updates are easy.

Still getting used to new computer and functions. Have no complaints so far. Appreciate the assistance in setting it up.

I had a issue with my tabletop computer that my expert computer guy couldn't fix. Best Buy Geek Squad had no problem fixing it. I also had an old backup system and the Geeks suggested Webroot and I love it. They installed it and now it's a breeze to run a virus scan when I want. It also runs a scan automatically each night for me. Can't get any better than that!
