I been using Webroot for about a decade, never had an issue. The scan are quick I use it with my desktop and laptop, I have used it on cell phones.

What happened to the Webroot Quick Scans that were & use to be very speedy & fast meaning a Quick Scan completed in under 5 Minutes? That is what I remember Quick Scans running at & completing in the Years past of purchasing & using Webroot Products to quickly & easily scan & help protect my Windows Desktop PC from Infections. That ain't the case anymore with the latest Webroot Security Products that are available to use with the latest released versions for them. I currently purchased have the Webroot Internet Security Plus with Antivirus Software 2021 which I dread & don't run Quick Scans of my Computer very often nor do I seldom ever run a Full Scan of my Computer with my Webroot Product because the Scans take noticeably & dramatically way longer than they used to on my Computer which has way enough RAM & Memory installed & available to not have this be the reason for these now longer Security Scan/Run times that I have noticed & that are really getting on my Nerves because they are no longer speedy but sluggish & slow. A Webroot Quick Scan of my Computer used to take under 5 Minutes to run some Years ago. Now, when I run a Webroot Quick Scan on my Windows Computer it takes over 13 Minutes to scan & finish a Quick Scan. A full Scan use to take about 25 to 30 Minutes & now takes well over an Hour to fully run & complete. Therefore, is the reason why I have given Webroot 2021 Security Products 2-Stars out of 5. I hope for future Webroot releases that allow & bring back those wonderful, speedy, Full & Quick Scans that I remember & that complete in just quick Minutes.

Bought a new laptop and decided to try a new internet security protection program.I felt Kaspersky really screwed up my last computer. Best Buy recommended this program. So far so goood, it caught a potential virus I felt my old Kaspersky software would have let through. Only had it for a couple of weeks, could go up to 5 stars if it performs well in the coming months.

Webroot has prevented viruses from attacking and is very affordable

I've been trusting Webroot for many years now and it has kept me safe. I have had absolutely no problems with it. I plan to use it from here on out as long as it continues to do the job. I buy the 3 year subscription so I don't have to worry about it.

I assume this program works effectively. It is for personal use and I have never had a virus. I can scan the computer on demand or scan in individual file. This program does NOT slow down my computer like some other big name programs have done.

Webroot has been providing Internet Security from the first day I purchased a computer from Best Buy. I renew my subscription, and a Geek Squad member provides the installation. This is a trustworthy product.

At first I was frustrated because the item was not located in my digital library as the Best Buy email stated. However, once I located the item in my subscriptions it was easy to download.

Seems to work, have been on at least two subscriptions. I haven't had any problems. Was told to use this instead of McAffee (which I had used for years,at the time this was a little cheaper)

The employee who helped me was Trevor who was excellent. I am 74 years old and he was kind, patient and took the time to answer all my questions making sure that I understood everything. You are so lucky to have an employee such as Trevor. I will ask for him whenever I go there.
