Most anti viruses download all this bloatware and slow your pc down so i usually never get them, this one came free with my laptop and its been great, it doesnt exactly what it says and doesnt do all that extra stuff and become a burden, id definetly reccomend this over a lot of other anti virus software.

An absolute must have if you're going to be surfing the internet to avoid hackers from banging access so your computer and stealing valuable information.

So far the Webroot seems to be working fine and I haven't had any problems with it interfering with my computer or any of the apps that I use. Bummed we don't get a full year of protection included.

I haven't found any malware or viruses on my laptop. I think it's a pretty good security device. My laptop hasn't been lagging or getting any strange things done to it

I originally had reservations about purchasing this product because of the bad reviews. However, after downloading the software, I was relieved that all went well. The directions given for this procedure are not well written, but I have used this product for many years now and loaded the software as before. That being: 1. Open the Webroot program/ 2. In the window find “My Account” lower right/ 2. then click the “Gear Icon” to the right of My Account/ 3. Type the “New “Keycode” in the box provided/ 3. Then click on the “Activate box.” If this is a renewed product, a new window appear that will transfer any unused time to the new account numbers. I did receive my full two-year subscription along with the unused time I had left on the old subscription. Based on the many bad reviews for this product, mostly about install, a more simplified install direction be in order. The product has been excellent during my past many years of using it.

I have used 1 years or so and we have had no problems with our computers. Webroot is recommended to all that want great protection. You can also purchase a couple different packages.
