Easy to install, does what it should. Came with purchase so that made it even better.

Webroot is pretty good. Light on resources. Protection is fairly good. Not too shabby

It’s a few antivirus, what’s there to complain about? I usually use malwarebytes on my devices but that takes some time to transfer over so using this in the meantime is perfect.

Cannot say about this anti virus software it came with the new MacBook Pro laptop I purchased for my God Son. I currently have this software on all of mac computers and laptop and love the security as my devices have never suffered any viruses. I felt confident in recommending this software beyond the free 3 month trial for my God son.

Have heard good things about Webroot. And as usual gives something with each purchase. Which i appreciate. I installed on my new purchase today and did not slow down computer like other antivirus. Ill try it for 6 months and prob buy it.

The antivirus software is very easy to install doesn't slow your pc down at all

I guess it’s doing a good job ?? Only problem was, the 6 months free trial came with my new laptop which has Windows S. You can’t install this with Windows S, so I installed it on an older laptop that has ordinary Windows. Once you remove Windows S you can’t get it back and I don’t know yet if Windows S is so great that I need to keep it. That aspect of the new laptop will show up in my review of it. Strangely, where I installed it I already had Trend Micro installed and there was no problem with the two programs being on at once.

I never heard of webroot but all I can say is it is definitely doing the job of protecting my laptop. Very easy to use and very easy to setup. I got this

I got a couple months free when I bought a 2020 MacBook Air M1. I feel secure knowing I have some protection. Program is easy to use, no issues.

I would have not considered Webroot if I didn't get it with the computer I recently purchased. Pro - It didn’t cause any slowdown on my computers during deep virus scans, so I happily recommend Webroot’s Internet Security + Antivirus. Con - Webroot requires you to first enable browser extensions in either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox to warn you about dangerous websites.

I've used Webroot in the past, but canceled my subscription after the rates increased. I'm currently using Webroot for my new MacBook, which was bundled with a free 6-month subscription; I'm considering renewing the subscription at the end of these 6 months, given my previous experiences with this software. Overall, I highly recommend this antivirus and internet security software. When I lived oversees, I had Webroot installed in all my devices; the software prevented numerous attacks. Using it now with a new MacBook adds another layer of security for me. I like how Webroot verifies websites before you visit them, so when you're browsing Google search results, Webroot will tell you how secure each page is. It will also prevent sites from automatically downloading software onto your computer (without your consent). Another great quality about Webroot is that it's not intrusive like other budget software. What I mean is, Webroot won't backdoor install programs on your computer, replace your browser, or insert itself like Malware into your system--all of these have happened to me at some point when using inexpensive security. But Webroot is pretty fairly priced given the amount of protection and the ease of use and comfort it provides. If you're willing to pay the subscription rates, then you're guaranteed to have a secure, user-friendly, non-intrustive experience.

Best web root pc defense from every malware and virus hands down.. does not slow your laptop and actually caught every single malware and or trojan horse in my email..so after my 6 months free protection i had to renew my subscription..can't be online without web root protection
