    I strongly recommend Seniors to participate in this service. I found it on the AARP website and I now can get assistance promptly whenever I need it. Webroot software is an essential part of the security that the Geek Squad provides. Best Buy is just one mile from my home and the contract provides servicing of 3 computers/devices.

    Having always used 'free' anti-virus software, I was pleased when the software was included with the purchase of my new ASUS. I like it so much better than the free products. It is seemless and as the end-user that is important to me. Highly recommend to others. The big plus is the software can be used on a total of 3 machines.

    I like the responsive text box letting me know as soon as I am in my user site that the software is working and checks off coverage. It auto updates its software, but I have latest. It performs threat protection "in the cloud" and is always up to date: no downloads of threat definitions. This was one of 2 Geek Squad had for sale and I prefer this company product by far. It is important to me that this product is USA company and address for consumer issues is in USA.

    I love this software. I purchased a brand new laptop for my niece for Christmas and this software was included. I like that I am able to load the software on 3 different devices which will allow me to not only use it on her new laptop but on her tablet and smartphone as well. I like knowing that even though she is not well versed in the area of computer and Internet Security, this software is working in the background to help me keep her safe while she is online.
