Scammed into webroot with new laptop

Here we are 3 months later and 2 hours on the phone trying to cancel a subscription i never wanted to begin with. I dont even know how they got my credit card stored on file for autopay. Call the store, they cant even put a manager on. Call hq they just say sorry for the confusion. Im not confused BestBuy, you are. This is the last time I will purchase anything at BestBuy.
