In the past to years they make it impossible to establish and then maintain recognize the goverment declared standing. Why be so impossible on non profits. There is nothing to gain and you drive more and more of our business to on-line. Can some sain leader at BB step up and shutdown this bizarre customer unfriendly customer road block.
