The record was warped and you can’t play but the inside half of the record on each side. My daughter lost the receipt so we didn’t try to take it back but other than that it was weird hearing a record playing for the first time in 20 or so years

Brand new record player for christmas and this record as her first and guess what? So warped the first 2 or 3 songs just skip thru them.

Although the music on the album was great, the vinyl was defective. When we went to exchange it, there were no more. So now my daughter is out an album. Very disappointed in the quality.

Had minor static came damaged but playable:/ definitely getting a different colored press from elsewhere

Record sound is distorted we live about 1 hour from a bad buy store . Yesterday we make the journey to the store in Rochester hills. And get told we are 4 days past the return policy really. I dont want to return it I just want what I paid for a record my daughter can listen to we also bought her a lap top and a wireless mouse for the laptop and cause what it's the wrong mouse so I tried to exchange it yesterday and we were told sorry u cant exchange it .Keep it mind this was the mouse the expert told us to buy.

This record continues to skip. I have purchased it from 2 different places thinking it was the stores fault. After the 2nd time I went online and apparently this is a common issue a lot of people have with this record,

I adore Billie Eilish and this album. My rating is for the vinyl record quality. So warped I cannot play it, and is only available online so I can't even exchange it. :-[]

This was a gift and since it was opened two months later I can't return or exchange. It skips like crazy just don't bother buying it.

I bought this today and I played it earlier and just about every song skips. I am exchanging it for another one so I hope it works out
