Just what I wanted......easy to use and can see food cooking in it instead of the too dark windows others have. Has all the options I need or wanted with a new one. Blends in with all the other black appliances I have: stove, fridge and sink.

Bought this microwave to match the fridge and the dishwasher. Haven't found a stove we like yet. Also bought it because it was in stock. Easy to use..but took 2 people install just because its awkward for me to do it myself. I'm short its a wall mount above the stove. Overall happy with it. Quiet..user friendly for my 3 kids too. I'd buy again and recommend

I knew I needed a new microwave and knew exactly what I wanted. Went into the store, ordered it and had it installed within 3 days. It works great.

Works great every time! We love the quickset buttons and the timer feature is handy too.

I love this microwave. The sensor cooking is wonderful. Reheat option works with the sensor so I am able to let the mircrowave do the timing. Would never buy any other brand.

Really like my new microwave. Was concerned that it was 1000 Watt, but have discovered it heats better than my old 1100 watt that I was replacing. My glass plate was broken either in the truck or coming out of the truck (I heard the crash from in the house). The installer was able to reuse my old one. It was to be replaced and it has now been about a month and I have not heard as to when it is being delivered. I really would like it as my old one is 13 years old. Was disappointed that there was no operation instructions left for me. It didn't need the installation instructions which were left. Still have a problem figuring out the power and cook instructions combination. Just wish the door of the microwave was even with the front right side. It appears to be installed a little off.

This microwave is sleek and modern looking and looks great. It wasn’t too difficult to install either. Usually I pay for the install but it wasn’t worth it. Got a great deal on the microwave.

Had to replace an old microwave that had quit working. Found what I wanted to Best Buy. Very nice appearance and fit perfectly in the existing space above the oven. Had the Geek Squad install it for me. They were on time and very efficient in their installation.

great microwave and it is got everything you need!

I purchased this model Whirlpool over-the-range microwave as replacement for my older (15 yr) Whirlpool over-the-range microwave. There are quite a few similarities between the two. However, this newer model is a bit larger, has the sensor cooking feature and a much improved interior.

It works great and was somewhat easy to install. The box doubles as a template for installation so be sure to keep the box. It took me about an hour and a half to remove the old microwave and install this new one. I’m very happy with my purchase

This microwave is easy to operate and looks good. The installation was not too difficult. The only drawback is that the instructions to operate are very limited. It does not come with an instruction book; rather it comes with a brief, instruction sheet. I would have preferred a book. The website offers the same instruction sheet which is brief.Rosie

Purchased to replace my 1989 Whirlpool over the range microwave. Looked at several different brands and sizes before deciding on this one. Absolutely love this microwave! Huge cooking space. Cooks and heats foods perfectly. Easy to operate.

A little larger than I thought, but it works amazingly. Heats quickly, rather quiet and the white was oerfect for moms kitchen!!
