Love it! Controls are easy to understand. Quiet and very sleek looking. The gentlemen who performed the installation were very professional and respectful of my home. They cleaned up everything afterwards and even swept my floor. Very courteous!

I bought this to replace my 17 year old Whirlpool Over the range microwave oven. This microwave model was rated among the top 3 in one of the magazines so I bought it and the dimension and color matched my old microwave. I like all the features it has and so far it is working as advertised and heating the food and liquids well. Only thing I don't like is the door which is a bit hard to open and close, probably because it is new. Another reason I bought this unit is because it was on sale (about $50 off) and I had Best Buy coupon from a previous purchase of LG Washer.

My wife is very Happy with it. I like the size of it. Not montrious Big. Looks Beautiful in my brand new kitchen.

We've had the microwave a little over 2 years and it has worked great. Not happy how the revolving plate sits in the oven but that's only a bother when you're trying to put it in place.

This microwave is fantastic! The perfect size, easy install, took 10 minutes. Replaced a 20 year whirlpool microwave because the handle finally broke off. Love everything about it, even has a automatic fan for the range. Top notch, I’ll be buying another one in 20 years.

This microwave is a gorgeous stainless steel. We were able to install it ourselves with the help of our relatives, so very possible for others to do. It now matches our other appliances & are we enjoying it.

I have had this microwave 3 weeks and really like it. I wasn't sure I would like the 12" plate, but everything so far fits on it. You can turn off the turntable if something would be too big. Plenty of presets, 2 level light provides enough light. Multispeed fan helps remove smoke and odors if you burn popcorn!

Easy to use. Heats well, looks good in my kitchen.

I replacement fot my 18 year old whirlpool microwave very easy to install was up and running in less than an hour , Whirlpool has always been my brand for appliances for durability and ease of use

Bought and installed this for my elderly mother. Excellent microwave oven! And excellent price! My only complaint is that this is the second Whirlpool microwave oven that has had issues with the lightbulb/lightbulb-socket for the underside stovetop lighting. The entire socket fried on my last Whirlpool microwave after 5 years (there was a small pile of ashes next to the bulb that use to be the socket and metal part of the lightbulb), and 11 months with the new microwave installed the bulb burned out and the base of the lightbulb on this one has separated from the bulb inside of the socket. I will be able to get it out no problem, but better quality bulbs and sockets would be an excellent opportunity for improvement on this otherwise excellent product.

Warms up the food in the right temperature. Fits just right where the installers place it. Brand name is also very good.

More expensive than average brands but it is worth.
