We weren't sure which over the range microwave to purchase since our previous one gave out, so a couple of friends recommended this brand, once we received it and installed it, we put to use and so far its working great. It's easy to wipe down. Fits perfect.

We upgraded with a newer Whirlpool and it is a lot quieter running as well as when the exhaust fan is being used. Our last Whirlpool was 15 years old and still works like a top. We hope this Whirlpool will do the same

Only had this item for two months, it works and looks great so for.

This microwave is easy to use and the perfect size. You can put a regular size dinner plate in it and the turntable can still turn.

We were replacing a Samsung microwave and wanted to purchase something other than Samsung. We loved the look of the black stainless. So we purchased this microwave. We are very happy with it. It works well, doesn’t show finger prints, and cleans up easily. I would highly recommend this one.

Very happy with my purchase, easy to use and it matches my updated stove. I do have one design suggestion, I wish the two lights (one inside and one outside) were brighter or additional lights added to unit?

We really love this over-the-range microwave oven! It cooks items waaayy faster than the model which it replaced. It was reasonably-priced and was easy to install as well. We love it and would buy it all over again!!!!

Excellent microwave. The black stainless looks great! I'm trying to figure out if you can set the number pad to be short cut keys, like the 1 to be one minute and 2 to be two minutes. Right now if you don't hit the 30 second button you type in the time. The one thing though is the right side mounting hole is no longer the standard, it is 8 inches in from the edge. The guys that installed it did a great job, by putting a wooden bracket to mount it.

Purchased the same Microwave I have had over 10 years. It was fixable but decided to get the same Whirlpool again because it would fit in the existing space on the same brackets. I also just purchased the Best Buy extended warranty. Also it was on sale so it made sense to repair the old one. The new one works great.

So far the microwave works well. Controls are easy to use and the machine heats foods rapidly. Door lock seems a bit flimsy from the sound it makes when closing compared to previous machine.

This model seems to be performng better thn the review I looked up in CR. Exhausst fan is very quiet. Heating times and temperatures seem to be adeuate. Things get heated and cooked in a reasonable time. The light on the bottom is more than adequate to provide sufficient illumintion on the stove top below it. So far very satisfied with it. It also has a button to add 30 seconds more time to the cooking time that is cuurently displayed. A convenient feature.
