My Kenmore had so many more features than this one. Also, the picture shows a rack inside and there isn't one. Pretty much just good for punching in time to cook. Fingerprints remain on the numbers and are hard to clean off so I started pushing numbers with a paper towel.

I bought this to replace my 20yr old Whirlpool microwave. For the price, it certainly is worth it. My only problem was the vent. Best Buy delivered and installed and they forgot to remove some part that allows for venting through the roof vents and not in the house. The workers even went in my attic to make sure that the vents were connected properly. I had no idea that it was improperly installed until we used it later in the day and it sounded like an airplane was taking off. Thankfully, they came back a week later to properly install the vent part. Didn't affect my rating of it though.

Great microwave for the price. Whirlpool GOLD has higher end finishes, but this is great for the lower price with same features.

Have only had the microwave for a few weeks but so far so good. All I needed was a basic microwave to replace the old one that died. Installation was a breeze and replaced the old GE just fine. It’s slightly larger and I had to cut a new power cord hole which was well laid out by the included stencil. I did not have a vent to the outside and didn’t add any fir this install although it’s set up to allow a vent through the top or back. For now it just vents like the old one and that’s through the front on top out of sight which is fine for us.

This Whirlpool microwave was exactly what I was looking for to help save space in my small kitchen. It replaced an old range hood that, while effective in what it did, still required me to have a separate microwave on the countertop. This microwave has been easy to clean and easy to use. Installation does require you to be able to find studs in the wall to properly mount it. It definitely requires a couple of handy people to install. That goes for electrical power as well. The old range hood I had was directly connected to the electrical line and required us to install a power outlet. But I have to say it's been well worth it.

Easy to use, quiet fan, cooks perfectly and demonstratively quieter than the Samsung it replaced. Notably, it has a "silence" feature that turns off all those beeps.

Very pleased with this microwave. We have had it for 10 months and it has performed well. It heats food quickly and we have had no problems with it. The controls are simple and intuitive. My only complaint is with the light on the bottom of the microwave. It does not light up the range top well. It is similar to that on other over the range microwaves. It seems that manufacturers would have upgraded the range lighting by now.
