I purchased this microwave in conjunction with a Totaltech membership. Two guys came out and installed the microwave and another appliance in under an hour! Great service and convenient for my wife and I. The microwave itself looks fantastic. The finger resistant interior is great as we don't see any smudges or residue when taking food in and out. The smart sensing mode seems to be fairly accurate to detect how long to cook certain foods like popcorn. We hope this microwave will last for years to come!

This microwave was much lower priced than it's competitors. It has all the same features, including stainless steel and it is very easy to use. We really like the digital controls and the easily accessible handle.

This is a replacement for a similar model from 2003. Small things that make a difference (not good nor bad) change. For example, the mounting plate is different and the piece sits 1/2" lower toward the stove. It works fine - again, not with all the bells and whistles of a higher end microwave but they weren't necessary.

This is definitely an upgrade from my 1998 Whirlpool microwave. Very nice. A little on the louder side from what I'm used too. Installation manual has a lot to be desired. Use YouTube for Installation help. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a good, not expensive microwave.

Great product for the price . Works well. Looks good , it does the job. I can’t describe more since it’s only used for re heating

Easy to use & looks great in the kitchen. My only downfall to speak of is that the under light only shines down from the back of the microwave, therefore it doesn't quite light up my cooktop as well toward the front.

Great microwave oven for the price. Much quieter than my last one. Great price on this basic oven. It wasn’t that bad to install.

Very easy to install. Especially if it’s replacing a whirlpool. Works just like it should. Easy to wipe and clean. All functions seem to work fine. Has 1year warranty.

Bought this microwave a few months ago. First time I ever installed an above range microwave. Was replacing an old one. The mounting holes are different for each microwave so I was a bit nervous that I would not get it right. The mounting guide and instructions were very helpfully and I was able to mount it perfectly. Microwave works great! Heats food to perfection. My wife and I have become world class microwave chefs using 50 and 60% cook power when reheating food. Easy to clean. Strong sturdy handle. One downside is the recurring beep when food is done. Microwave has no patience for my laziness.
