I replaced my old above range Whirlpool MWave that I installed in 2001. It still works great although it is pretty worn and dated. I went with the same brand and trust Whirlpool to deliver. This MWave is very elegant and functional. It meets and exceeds my expectations. It may not have every feature that other companies put on their appliances. But I know of many friends who have those brands and are always servicing them. Whirlpool is a trusted kitchen appliance company.

This is a Great microwave, it is quiet, it is very powerful, thus heats up items very quickly! I would recommend this unit to everyone!

Love, love my whirlpool microwave. Have several whirlpool appliances and they last forever, or close to it! The microwave is not noisy and does what it is supposed to do....gets everything hot!

Bought this to replace my GE model which lasted about a year and a half before it died. This Whirlpool is simple and it works. I’m not a big fan of all the presets built in to microwaves these days. The whole installation process was easy and the Geek Squad even took the old appliance for $15. My only complaint is that the power cord on the Whirlpool wasn’t as long as the old one. I wish that there was a way that they could have replaced the cord when they installed it. Not the fault of Besy Buy but it would be nice instead of having to install a power strip.

It’s great. Easy to use, cook evenly. Love to 30+ sec and on/off turntable that my former one didn’t. The front also doesn’t smudge and leave prints like my old one.

Heats up nicely and quiet when running easy to clean and pairs up nicely with my kitchen

This microwave fit perfectly above our stove and looks great in our kitchen. All of the preprogramed setting, that we have tried, have worked perfectly.

Overall, this is a great microwave when it comes to what is most important, cooking food. We have had it for about a week, and so far it is working great. But there are a couple of small things, that I would say if it was not already delivered and installed and I was picking one knowing everything, I would choose a different one. It all depends on what you may like and need though. But some good things to note: 1. There is only one bulb for the cooking light under the microwave that lights up the cook top, and it is in the very back, and is incredibly dim. It's great as a nightlight, but not very helpful as a cooking light. We are going to need to purchase a light strip or something as our lighting in the kitchen is not the best. 2. The microwave does not seem to have a pause option. We are a bit afraid to just open the door to do something like stir the food and continue cooking, because the reason we have this one now is the previous one started to trip the breaker if we opened the door without stopping the microwave first. Eventually it started to trip as soon as we started any cooking cycle. We found out it was due to a safety mechanism designed to make sure the microwave does not run with the door open. If the switch starts to fail, it will trip the breaker to make sure the microwave does not run with the door open. We got this one as part of a Geek Squad replacement. Of course this one may not have a similar issue as the door latch is completely different, but we are nervous either way. There is only a cancel button, and it completely stops the cycle, so either you cancel, and then put in your time again, or you just open the door. There is no pause. 3. The last point is a convenience feature. The last 2 microwaves we had, had quick start buttons, where you could just press 1, 2, 3, and it would cook for that many minutes. With this one you will have to manually type out how long you want to cook, or press the +30 seconds button several times. Nothing major other than the light for us. The light is more or less would have been a deal breaker for us if we woudl have realized prior to installation. Hope this helps.

Cooks quickly and looks decent. It wouldn't be my first choice, but it was on sale and matched my other Whirlpool appliances. All things considered, it's a solid choice for a microwave.

I've been wanting a over the range microwave and this matches my appliances (Whirlpool). So when I saw it on sale I bought it right away. I hired a handy man to put it in and it was easy to install per the handyman only took about an hour.

Bought this microwave in a deal with a stove. The price of the microwave and stove was less than the stove alone the previous month.

Works amazing and is very sleek and pretty! Would recommend to anyone.

I have only had for a short time period but so far so good. It was an easy install and works how I want it to work. I am a working mom with two teenagers so our microwave gets a lot of use to say the least. I will review it again after a few years and see how it’s holding up.

Good performance, but a little basic on features. It works well, but seems a like it has fewer features and a slightly "cheaper" appearance than the unit it replaced.

I bought this online without measuring the space and luckily it fit perfectly. Nice size and nice features...like the built in light and fan with multiple settings for both. And it looks sleek!

This is a great whirlpool product at a great price. The sales associate, Ron, was incredibly helpful, professional, and courteous. He made the shopping experience a great one. I will definitely be coming back to him for help on additional appliances.

Nothing fancy, but this microwave gets the job done. Food heats very quickly and it is spacious. I would definitely recommend.
