    Bought this to replace my mom’s broken microwave. It is the perfect fit. We love that it’s fingerprint resistant since people tend to have greasy hands.

    I purchased this microwave from Best Buy in November 2024, and after only a short period of use, it started making unusual and loud noises during operation. I contacted Best Buy for support, but was informed that the unit is no longer under warranty. They offered to inspect it, but the service fee alone is $130—which is nearly half the price of the microwave itself. This is very disappointing for a product that is still relatively new. I expected better durability and customer support for a major appliance like this. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this product.

    I like that this model is dark inside and easy to clean. The quick buttons for 30 seconds, one, two, three minutes are very convenient. Have to be careful because it warms up very quickly and hot.

    Microwave is basic but fine. Roomy inside, but I don't love how loud the door sounds when you close it (metal door hitting metal frame with no kind of buffer makes it sound/feel very utilitarian).

    Nice microwave at a very good cost Mounting was different from previous one . So I add to install the new back plate and drill different holes at the top mounting

    Replaced 13 year old whirlpool. Old one prompted you on things like reheat. Can’t figure out how all these buttons work. Also, the new one requires an extra step to enter a cook time. Biggest issue is handle is metal and becomes hot to touch when you’re cooking in range.
