Noiser and when we close door it sounds like tin! The inside is a dark color and can not see food cooking. Instructions not good!!

Disappointed

Whirlpool has been no help at all with getting resolved, besides sending out the most inadequate repair company that even after 6 qeeks and 6 appointment have not fixed and have no intention of just replacing. Keep your money and dont buy Whirlpool.

Mother board fried and was more than half the cost of a new microwave. Only good thing is it fit right in the same opening and bolts fit.

Horrible experience waiting on replacement

Bestbuy said will replace it but not install it ! Terrible hope they replace it and the replacement work as the double installation cost is more than the microwave itself!

It's throughput is awful and barely pulls any air through the bottom vent. In comparison to our previous microwave hood combo, this is a major step down.

Really a shame since you remove that after you put in all the work to install it.

Fan did not work

After installing everything, fan mode on High did not work. What a bummer! I’ve Tried every step from guideline and still did not work. FYI make sure to test product before installing! I just got lucky and got a faulty one!

Open Box microwave

Upon opening, I found out there is no hardware, no filter and no microwave glass plate. This should have been checked before selling online.
