    I like the microwave. It fits my needs, but... I was going to self-install it, so I cut out the template carefully that is on the outside of the box. Did a quick look to see if they microwave I was replacing mounting holes match up (they didn't). Then I notice that the template looked 'off'. I lined up the template with the microwave, and the holes didn't match. I was going to invest in getting Best Buy to install it, but they're cost for installation is excessive for a small appliance like this. So I got a handyman (who ended up drilling extra holes because it didn't line up. Have had the microwave for about a week. It does what it is supposed to do. Only slightly annoying thing is the done beeper is extremely loud, and can only be turned on and off.

    We purchased this microwave to replace another Whirlpool microwave we had for 20 years. I like the features and the large capacity to cook large items. The quality seems good and I certainly hope the reliability matches the prior one.

    My purchase of a Whirlpool over the range microwave was a good decision on my part. The microwave that was removed was slightly smaller than this one, but the installer made the necessary adjustments and the new microwave looks like it was there all the time.

    The best and worst feature is able to mute it. Just remember to turn sound on when timer on or you wont hear it. I WOULD like it automatically sound if its a timer. But Love how quiet it is and you can mute it.

    I would probably give it a better rating if they would ever get it here and install it. It was supposed to be delivered and installed on Oct 30, 2024, then Nov 4, 2024 and now they say Nov 30, 2024. I hope we get it and my Gas Range, and Dishwasher. It has already been paid for.

    It did not work after I installed it but it was covered under warranty and a service appointment has already been made. No complaints though
